When you take on a project that lasts for over a decade, making essentially the same thing, chances are good that you’ll end up spinning gold from straw every now and then. Jeff Harris, the photographer in this video, has take a self portrait every day for the last 12 years, and many of his images are incredible on their own. What I like best about this project, however, is that nearly by necessity, it captures the highs and lows of real life in a very raw and honest way. On the whole, it takes the mundane and makes it spectacular… Wonderful.
